Talk to the people at DASCOM Americas and they are quick to point out that a key element of their business strategy is their post-sale support offered by the technical applications team.

The team of DASCOM Americas tech support, consisting of Don Nagy, Scott Klemann, and Larry Kyger is one of the most experienced in the industry.  Don focuses on the 4347-i series line and is exceptional with IPDS support.  He’s got years of experience in the IBM environment and is a real “go to” guy for complex questions on IBM replacement printers.

Scott is based out of the greater Seattle area and splits his time between sales in kind of an “application engineering” role and technical support.  He is well versed on thermal printers and the Tally DASCOM point of sale printer, but he also knows the full line of printers and has decades of experience.

Larry is almost a legend in the printer industry with 45 years experience.  He handles front line support and fields calls relating to any printer that DASCOM Americas has to offer.

While Tally and Tally DASCOM printers are great, these gentlemen help to make them even better with their exceptional commitment, knowledge, and love for customer support.
